Sponsor Smile Cards!

When a few friends started this site in January 2004, we didn't have a business plan. Quite honestly, we didn't even know if this experiment would work. But sure enough, we ended up shipping over 723 orders with 51,849 smile cards, in just the first year! That's a lot of extra smiles in the world.

At the time, there was no "Donate" section on this site; we happily covered all our costs from our own pockets. By the next year, though, we had already printed 200,000 cards and demand was rapidly increasing. None of us were rich enough to sponsor all this yet we didn't have the heart to stop the incoming requests for "smiles". So we setup this page.

From here, you can sponsor smile cards. For every (US) dollar, we will able to print and ship 20 more smile cards.

We try to preserve our anonymity as far as possible, to be with the spirit of this project, but we do hold a 501(c)(3) status. For those who'd like tax exemption for their donation, please let us know.
